After the mother and grandmother, aunt says the most beautiful cakes !!! These are its wafers that says for years and love them all generations. Quick, tasty and cokoladne- melt in your mouth: D


ingredients
Phil:
1 liter milk
500 g of granulated sugar
100 g dark chocolate
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 dl of cold milk
1 package of wafers

preparation
First

cokoladna oblatna recept

Posle majke i bake, najlepse kolace pravi teta!!! Ovo su njene oblande koje pravi godinama i vole ih sve generacije. Brze, ukusne i cokoladne- tope se u ustima :D

Sastojci
Fil:
1 l mleka
500 g kristal secera
100 g cokolade za kuvanje
2 jajeta
2 kasike secera
1 kasika brasna
1 dl hladnog mleka
1 pakovanje oblandi


Priprema
1.
U sud za kuvanje staviti mleko
i secer i kuvati na tihoj vatri
dok se ne vidi trag na dnu
serpe kad prodjete varjacom.
2.
Posebno umutiti 2 jajeta sa
secerom u kompaktnu masu,
dodati brasno i polako dodavati
hladno mleko da se dobije
glatka masa bez grudvica.
3.
U kuvano mlekoi secer dodati
cokoladu i mesati dok se ne istopi.
Zatim polako, u tankom mlazu,
dolivati umucenu masu sa jajima
i kuvati kao puding.
4.
Kad je masa skuvana,
skloniti je sa ringle i
malo prohladiti.
5.
Mlakim filom namazati oblande,
pritisnuti teskim predmetom i
ostaviti na hladnom da se
stegne i prohladi.
6.
Nikako ne stavljati u frizider
jer ce vam oblande poprimiti vlaznost!
Posluživanje
Ovu oblandu najpre pojedemo kad se okupimo kod tetke na slavlju.
