Kapri torta - (VIDEO)


Predivna kapri torta od jagoda. Veoma kremasta, socna i prelepog preseka. Sigurna sam da ce oduševiti sve pred koje je iznesete i poslužite.


Sastojci za koru:
7 belanaca
14 kašika šecera
1 kašika sirceta
Krem od žumanaca:
7 žumanaca
200 gr šecera
600 ml mleka
6 kašika brašna
10 gr vanilin šecera
50 gr šecera u prahu
250 gr margarina
Žele od jagoda:
500 gr jagoda
500 ml vode
300 gr šecera
120 gr pudinga od vanile
Još:
100 gr cokolade
2 kašike ulja
2 kašike mleka




Priprema:
Zagrejati rernu na 120 stepeni dok pripremite koru.
Ulupati belanca sa postepenim dodavanjem šecera, pa na kraju dodati sirce i izmutiti.
U kalup 25 x 25 cm staviti papir za pecenje i ispod njega samo blago pouljiti, samo da se fiksira.
Ravnomerno rasporediti belanca i staviti na sušenje.
Mi smo sušili 90 minuta.
Za to vreme pripremiti kremove.
500 ml mleka staviti da provri, za to vreme umutiti žumanca, šecer, vanilin šecer, brašno i ostatak mleka.
kad mleko provri zakuvati smesu i mešati dok se ne zgusne pa skloniti sa vatre.
400 ml vode staviti sa pola mere šecera i izblendiranim jagodama da provri.

Ostaviti da se stegne u frižider 10 minuta.
Ja sam slagala tortu naopako pa sam u kalup u kojem sam sušila koru stavila foliju.
Prvo žuti krem, pa žele, koji stavljate mlak da bi se lakše razvukao jer ako vam se skroz ohladi stegnuce se i necete ga moci razvuci.
Preko stavite koru, ali tako da cokolada bude na želeu.
Ostavite nekoliko sati u frižideru da bi se sve steglo ili 60, 90 minuta u zamrzivac.
